Innovations
The Innovation Management Department (DZI) is responsible for building an innovation ecosystem within the company and securing external funding for the implementation of ambitious and innovative projects. Projects implemented within this department enable not only research and development on product and process innovations but also the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental policies. The department's activities are characterized by collaboration with all departments within the company, as well as with external partners such as universities, research institutions, clusters, associations, foundations, and startups from both Poland and abroad.
Since 2016, the Innovation Management Department has also been responsible for projects and relationships established within the international EIT Food consortium (European Institute of Innovation & Technology Food, i.e., the European Knowledge and Innovation Community operating in the food sector). Building Maspex's position as an innovation leader in Poland and Europe, the DZI team actively seeks new ideas and partners for innovative projects by participating in industry events, conferences, trade fairs, discussion panels, demo days, pitching sessions, and hackathons.
