Please be patient, it sometimes takes us up to 2 weeks to contact the selected candidates.


How many stages does recruitment consist of?

It depends on the position for which recruitment is carried out. Most often it is a phone call, participation in an Assessment Center and a recruitment interview with a manager.


Where does the recruitment process take place?

For positions in administration, recruitment interviews are held in our companies in such places as Wadowice, Tychy, Warsaw, Lublin or Olsztynek. Assessment Center meetings are most often held in our companies in Wadowice, Tychy, and Warsaw, though often also in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. For positions in sales teams in the field, the talks take place at various venues in the areas where we are looking for employees.


How can I prepare for the interview and Assessment Center?

Firstly: be yourself! Secondly: be active! The combination of these elements is already half the story. Your activity will allow us to get to know you better, and that is what you should care about most. It is more difficult to prepare for tasks because they may vary depending on the particular recruitment requirements.


What skills are tested during recruitment?

These are mainly teamwork skills, cooperative, proactive, initiative, action-oriented, as well as job-specific skills – such as commercial skills for commercial positions.


Do all candidates receive information about the results of their recruitment?

Each of the candidates with whom a meeting has been held is informed by phone about our decision.
