Depending on the position being recruited, the most common process involves a telephone interview, participation in an Assessment Center, and a face-to-face interview with a manager.

Recruitment interviews for administrative positions are held at our companies in cities such as Wadowice, Tychy, Warsaw, Lublin and Olsztynek.

Assessment Center meetings, in turn, are most often held at our companies in Wadowice, Tychy, and Warsaw. Often, they are also held in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk.

Interviews for positions in field sales teams are held in rooms in the towns where we are looking for employees.

First: be yourself! Second: be active! Combining these elements is half the battle. Your activity will help us get to know you better, and that should be your top priority. Preparing for assignments is more difficult, as they can vary from one recruitment to another.

Mainly, these are the ability to work in a team, a collaborative mindset, proactivity, initiative, a focus on action, as well as skills specific to the positions sought – such as sales skills in the case of sales positions.
