Olsztynek is a town located far from large industrial agglomerations – in the Green Lungs of Poland region, characterized by a pristine natural environment. It is in this area that the Mazurian carrot, a specially selected variety from which Kubuś juices are made, is grown.
The Tymbark plant in Olsztynek, formerly "Jagódka," was built between 1975 and 1985. In 1993, the idea for "Kubuś" puree juice was born, and a year later, its first production began, which continues to this day.
In 1995, the plant joined the Maspex Group, which initiated the dynamic development of the company.
Currently, in Olsztynek, in addition to producing the most popular Kubuś brand drinking products for children, we also produce products from well-known and respected brands: Tymbark, Caprio, DrWitt, Tarczyn, as well as those known abroad: Relax, Tedi, Kubu, Kubik, TopJoy.
Technologically diverse lines allow for bottling products into PET Aseptic bottles, cardboard packaging made of renewable raw materials, stand-up pouches and glass bottles of various volumes.
Tymbark Olsztynek is also a large fruit and vegetable processing center serving the entire Maspex Group. It processes over 100,000 tons of raw materials from suppliers across Poland. Purchasing directly from producers ensures the highest quality of purees, natural juice concentrates, and NFCs (not derived from concentrates) for juice and puree production.
The plant operates a modern, fully automated logistics center with 30,000 pallet spaces. The Olsztynek warehouse can ship up to 4,000 pallets of products to our customers in Poland and abroad daily.
The company is constantly developing, responding to consumer needs and investing in new lines. Currently, the plant houses more than a dozen production lines. An automated palletizing system, operated by several fully automated robots, was recently launched. This solution allows for faster and unattended product picking.
The plant also operates a process water recovery system for gray water generated during the production process. The purified water is used in cooling, heating, and sanitary processes. The installation and the gray water treatment technology used in Olsztynek meet drinking water treatment requirements, distinguishing the plant from the Maspex Group.

The Olsztynek plant is primarily associated with Kubuś carrot and fruit juices. The brand, once known primarily for its pureed juices, now offers a wide range of drinks, fruit purees, and desserts for children.
The Kubuś brand is known for its nationwide social projects. It organizes one of the largest nationwide educational programs for preschools and primary schools – dedicated to ecology – "Kubuś's Friends of Nature." Over 5 million children have participated in the campaign so far, and children from every second preschool in Poland learn with Kubuś how to care for nature, appreciate the role of fruits and vegetables in a healthy diet, and spend time actively.
Kubuś is also transforming hospital wards as part of the "Kubuś' Hospitals" artistic project, helping young patients forget their worries, even if only for a moment. More pediatric wards across Poland are constantly joining the ranks of "Kubuś' Hospitals"—there are now over 50 of them!
