ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE COMPANY MERGER PLAN of May 28, 2025
The Management Board of GMW PARTNERS Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wadowice (the "Acquiring Company"), acting under Article 500 § 2 1 Commercial Companies Code (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 18, as amended) in connection with Article 516 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby announces that on May 28, 2025, the merging companies, i.e. the Acquiring Company and AGROS NOVA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Acquired Company"), agreed, adopted and signed the Merger Plan between the Acquiring Company and the Acquired Company.
Considering the above, the Management Board of the Acquiring Company is making the Merger Plan and its annexes publicly available free of charge. The Merger Plan will be published at least one month before the date of filing the application to register the merger.
