The La Festa brand entered the Romanian market in 1996 with the introduction of La Festa Cappuccino. For a long time, Romanians associated cappuccino exclusively with La Festa. In 1998, La Festa Hot Chocolatta was introduced—an instant cocoa and milk drink that enjoyed great success thanks to its quality and delicious chocolate flavor.
To complement the specialty coffee category, 3-in-1 pods were introduced in 2003. La Festa was the first instant coffee brand in Romania to offer this type of product. The brand is also available in Bulgaria and Hungary.
