Since the Torres family began their journey as winemakers in 1870, they have combined tradition with innovation, creating prestigious wines and brandies, always with the utmost respect for the land and the environment.

As early as the 14th century, Catalan physician Arnau de Vilanova developed the first "Aqua Vitae"—a wine distillate for medicinal use. In 1928, Juan Torres Casals, a second-generation member of the family, continued Arnau de Vilanova's humanist legacy. Since then, this spirit of ambition and pursuit of excellence has been reflected in the various Torres brandies, which have won numerous international accolades and awards.
