Project goal

The aim of the project is to carry out research and development work in cooperation with a scientific unit, concerning the comprehensive development of new effective methods for processing pomace, which is a by-product of fruit and vegetable processing.

The project is implemented under Priority Axis I – 'Smart Economy of Warmia and Mazury', Measure 1.2 – 'Innovative companies', Sub-measure 1.2.2 – 'Cooperation between business and science'
