The project consists of two modules whose aim is to:
R&D MODULE
– development product innovation – extruded products with reduced sugar content and increased nutritional and health benefits, with high sensory attractiveness,
– development process innovation – a new manufacturing process ensuring higher quality and health-promoting value of a new range of extruded products, while minimizing the negative impact on the natural environment.
INNOVATION IMPLEMENTATION MODULE
– implementation of the above-mentioned R&D results.
The project will include the development of a formulation and manufacturing technology for a new extruded product on a laboratory and semi-industrial scale, verification of the new product concept and sensory acceptability, development of a manufacturing technology, and implementation of R&D results.
The target group are consumers of breakfast goods – children, adolescents and their parents, adults.
The project is implemented under the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 programme, FENG priority 1. Support for entrepreneurs, Measure 1.1 SMART Consortia Path.
