Aperol

Aperol is a low-alcohol aperitif (11%), derived from a secret recipe by the Barbieri brothers. The infusion of premium ingredients such as herbs, oranges, and rhubarb creates a spirit with a refined, bittersweet flavor. Aperol is best enjoyed as an Aperol Spritz—mixed with Prosecco and soda water.
