The Botanist

The Botanist is Islay's first gin—a blend of vision, determination, collaboration, and a touch of pure chance. This multifaceted gin represents a bold exploration of Islay's botanical heritage. Twenty-two hand-selected local botanicals subtly enhance—through an incredibly slow distillation process—the aromas of nine berries, bark, seeds, and fruit peels.
