2021: #AFA Webinar "GOZ, Zero Waste – do you know what these terms mean?"
Do you know how to expand the GOZ acronym? What does the term "sustainability" mean, and what does it mean to be Zero Waste? If you don't know, don't worry, we'll explain everything in this webinar!
In the first part of the meeting Dr. DSc, Eng Paweł Bogacz will explain to participants the basic concepts related to the Circular Economy, Zero Waste approach and discuss the assumptions of Sustainable Development. In the second part of the meeting, Piotr Sternik will present the impact of automation on the implementation of the Sustainable Development concept, as well as the beneficial changes that have occurred in food production over the years. The meeting will include a quiz on the knowledge gained during the workshops, along with a Q&A session.
