2021: Food Quality and Safety Workshop
Experts from the Agros Nova Quality Assurance Department will conduct specialized online workshops for high school students on December 13-14. During four sessions, students will discuss key food regulations and the principles of the HACCP system. The aim of the workshops is to familiarize students with the crucial topic of food quality and safety.
The workshops are part of the EIT Food Consumer Trust Grand Challenge project, which is being implemented in Poland by Maspex and the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.

Agenda:
10 minutes – Agnieszka Czura / Magdalena Florczak / Angelika Wołek – welcome, presentation of the EIT Food Consumer Trust Grand Challenge project
60 minutes – Barbara Wojda / Małgorzata Kukieła – Discussion of food hazards and the HACCP system
20 minutes – Agnieszka Czura / Magdalena Florczak / Angelika Wołek – quiz on the knowledge gained during the workshops, anonymous evaluation survey
