The goal The aim of the operation is to develop and implement an innovative product rich in natural coloring and bioactive compounds (concentrated juice from red-fleshed apples) with a simultaneous significant improvement of the technology for producing this juice and to develop and implement an improved technology for growing red-fleshed apple trees in fruit farms along with a significantly improved method of organization and marketing of the developed result of the operation.
