The main goal of the project
The project aims to develop and implement innovative technologies in cucumber processing, consistent with the principles of a circular economy (CE). The project aims to reduce raw material losses and waste by using cucumbers that do not meet current marketing standards and developing new products and production methods.
Target groups:
The project is targeted at key segments of the food market, including wholesalers, retail chains, the HoReCa sector, and the convenience and e-commerce markets. The leader's products respond to the growing market demand for healthy and sustainable food, both in households and in the restaurant industry. By implementing the project, the company will strengthen its competitive position by offering modern products tailored to the needs of diverse customer groups and current consumer trends.
Effects of the project
The project will result in the development and implementation of technologies enabling the efficient use of raw materials and reduction of waste, as well as the recovery and reuse of water in technological processes. The project also includes the automation of packaging washing processes, which will contribute to significant savings in water, time, and energy, and will improve operational efficiency and work ergonomics at the production plant.
The project is characterized by high implementation potential – the planned solutions will be directly adapted to the company's existing technological lines, which will enable their quick and efficient launch.
