Development of a chokeberry drink rich in bioactive compounds with high antioxidant activity and low levels of turbidity and sediments

The aim of the project was to improve the technological process of producing chokeberry juices, drinks, and concentrates at the Tymbark-MWS Sp. z o.o. production plant, to obtain products that do not exhibit sediment or cloudiness during storage and are characterized by an increased content of biologically active compounds with antioxidant properties.

The project was carried out in a Consortium with the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences.

Project value PLN 2,157,050.00, funding PLN 1,652,700.00, co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development, from the Applied Research Programme funds.
