Development of technology for the production of prebiotics from apple pomace as components of food and animal feed

The aim of the project was to develop an innovative, eco-friendly technology for using waste materials in the form of apple pomace as a raw material for obtaining a prebiotic preparation through enzymatic hydrolysis, with the potential for use as a food supplement or as an ingredient in animal feed. The project is currently in its final phase.
