The main objective of the project is to conduct research and development work, which will result in the development of production technology, the manufacture and implementation of two lines of innovative fruit and vegetable products enriched with synergistically acting health-promoting substances: plant protein additives and postbiotics.

The result of the project will be the implementation of the developed product as a functional food in the form of a snack with high nutritional and health-promoting value.

The project is co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development as part of the NUTRITECH programme – nutrition in the light of the challenges of improving the well-being of society and climate change.
