The aim of the project is to develop a technology for the production of hydrogen-saturated antioxidant beverages. The planned outcome is beverages that regenerate the body and increase resistance to stress factors.

The project is co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development as part of the NUTRITECH programme – nutrition in the light of the challenges of improving the well-being of society and climate change.
