The company ZPOW Agros Nova Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Łowicz (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party"), address: 99-400 Łowicz, ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 5, has made public request for proposals to select a contractor for the contract entitled: "Construction of a sewage pre-treatment plant for the Agros Nova sp. z o. o. Sp. k. plant in Łowicz".
ZPOW Agros Nova Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. invites all interested entities to review the Request for Proposal and submit a proposal. Detailed terms and conditions of the Proceedings are described in the "Request for Proposal" document and its attachments, available below.
Bidders may ask questions regarding the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of communication specified in point IV of the "Request for Quotations" document.
The offer may be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: jakub.stuglik@maspex.com or in paper form at the Ordering Party’s office.
Offers can be submitted until April 29, 2024, 10:00 AM.
Offers submitted after the indicated deadline will not be considered.

The Ordering Party hereby informs that questions were received in this proceeding between April 10 and 12, 2024. Therefore, the Ordering Party:
- provides the content of the questions and answers in the attachment entitled "Questions and answers 17/04/2024",
