#AnnualFoodAgenda is a series of events organised in Poland, Spain and England, whose aim is to transfer knowledge about food and nutrition to both children and adults. Seven partners participate in the project financed by EIT Food. Poland, in addition to Maspex, is represented by the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, Spain by CSIC (the Supreme Council for Scientific Research) and the Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as Grupo AN, and Great Britain by Cambridge University and PepsiCo.
The activities under #AnnualFoodAgenda combine the promotion of a responsible approach to diet and healthy lifestyle, care for the environment with increasing interest in the food industry and inspiring consumers to explore food-related areas. The plan of the events is to involve citizens in the public debate on food and nutrition and to facilitate dialogue between academia, industry, business and consumers. During the year, the partners will organise a total of 32 thematic events involving different audiences, especially the youngest consumers. The planned activities are concentrated around four areas planned by season, i.e. subsequent quarters during the year. Everyone will develop specific topics related to the future of food.
