Develop of innovative fruit-vegetable products which preserve the optimal and beneficial composition of health-promoting substances with the use of unique types carrots and strawberries in order to widening agricultural and processing production.

The goal of the operation is to create new innovative products based on the types of red carrot and white strawberry which are a very rich source of minerals, fiber, vitamins and phytochemicals with a high pro-health potential.

The goal is also to implement pro-ecological cultivation technologies and a significantly improved the method of production organization.

The project in cooperation with the Łódź Agricultural Advisory Centre, Farms and the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn.

Co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development in the amount of PLN 2 969 932.79, from national public funds, amounting to PLN 1 697 571.21.
